Turntable systems
Bluesurf Technologies is a pioneer in the design of Beverage Packaging Systems. Turntables are commonly used for the transfer of various types of Vials, Bottles, and Jars on Powder Filling, Liquid Filling, and Tablet Bottle Packing Lines. Turntable can be used with any machine for product collection or feeding and to change the total line direction for “L” shape or “U” shape movement of line or for Linear movement of line but it can also work as a buffer system, if any of the machines stops during online operation, Turn Table can collect the out feed product from machine or similarly can feed the products to machine without interrupting the entire line.

Bottle Cleaning and Drying Stations
Complete fully automatic washing and drying station for all types of bottles.The system cleans the bottles with a 700 mm circular brush that causes them to pivot on themselves under the action of the main brush and a lower brush.
The rotation of the bottles on the conveyor belt produces excellent cleaning and drying results.Because this type of drying leaves no traces of moisture, labels can be applied immediately.

Bundle Pack Bottle Labelling Machines
